Safety & trust
KOHlist is built to be calmer and safer than open Facebook groups. Here is how we do it — and what we ask of you.
Human moderation
Every new listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Reported listings are reviewed again and can be removed.
What badges mean
Identity verified
KOHlist checked this person's identity against an official document. It says nothing about the listing itself.
Agent verified
KOHlist confirmed this advertiser is a registered business operating as a property agent.
Document reviewed
A KOHlist partner viewed a copy of the declared title document. This is not a legal title search.
Partner checked
An independent KOHlist partner inspected this listing in person.
What isn't allowed
Illegal goods · weapons · drugs · counterfeit goods · sexual services · wildlife and dangerous animals · scams · anything that breaks Thai law
Jobs
Work permission in Thailand depends on your nationality and circumstances. Confirm your eligibility with a qualified adviser or the relevant authority — KOHlist cannot confirm it for you.
Local Market
Meet in a public place, inspect before paying, and never send a deposit to someone you haven't met.
What we store
Your email, display name, language and island preferences, your listings and your messages. We need these to run your account and keep the marketplace safe. Marketing emails are off unless you opt in.
